How to Forward Your Gmail Account emails to another Email Address
Forwarding an email from one Google Mail (Gmail) to another Email address is very simply and everyone can set Forwarding emails in seconds. As we already know that People maintain different Email Services such as GMail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL Mail and etc for their personal convenience. Google Mail is very advanced than other Email address. GMail developed a highlight feature which is popularly called Forwarding feature. This feature allows Email users to forward all Emails to any email service's email address. Google Inc integrated Forwarding Feature at Setting area.
In Other words, Gmail users can find "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" section in settings area as shown in screen. Just enter your alternative Email address and choose one below options from drop down menu.
- Keep Gmail's Copy in the Inbox
- Archive Gmail's copy
- Delete Gmail's copy
Keep Gmail's Copy in the Inbox
Google Mail technology keeps Forwarded emails in your original email account and sends a duplicate copy of email to your alternate email address. So, email in your original email account is saved in Inbox area and a copy of another email is appeared in your alternate Email account's Inbox if you choose "keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox" option.
Archive Gmail's copy
Google Mail technology automatically saved your Gmail emails at All mails area not in Inbox area. Similarly, a duplicate email is forwarded to specified email address if you choose "archive Gmail's copy.
Delete Gmail's copy
